# After reset, getting C0061-54 for Faulty Lateral Acceleration Sensor. I have tried a hard battery reset and cannot clear code. What should I do?

In most modern vehicles, this sensor is integrated into the SRS module. If you've attempted to recalibrate the sensor (a process that typically runs through the ABS module) but it fails to recalibrate correctly or doesn't work at all, replacing the SRS module may be necessary to resolve the issue.
