# Do all Subaru models require another type of programming after being reset?

Most newer Subaru models (though not all) require the module to be programmed to the vehicle using a Subaru SSM diagnostic tool, and the passenger seat occupancy sensor must be calibrated. If this is necessary for the vehicle, the module will have a yellow sticker with a corresponding note, and the specific order number will include a public note with details.
