# Getting code B223D for Chrysler, can I recalibrate the weight sensor myself?

 The B223D code appears in the airbag module when a fault is detected in the occupant classification module (OCM). The OCM monitors the weight on the passenger seat to determine how the passenger airbag should deploy. For Chrysler vehicles, calibration cannot be performed using a standard scan tool. This process requires a dealership, as they have specialized calibrated weights and the necessary equipment to run the tests and ensure proper calibration.
