If a part has been incorrectly repaired or altered, our IPC-certified technicians will carefully assess its condition and determine if it can be restored to proper working order. In many cases, we are able to fix issues caused by prior repair attempts. However, if the part is beyond repair due to severe tampering, we will inform you and only charge for shipping and diagnostic testing. Our goal is to provide a reliable, cost-effective solution whenever possible.
