      Ford common error codes related to airbag and seat belt issues?

      For Ford vehicles, common DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) related to airbag, seat belt issues, and crash history/crash data include the following:

      Airbag and Seat Belt Related Codes:

      • B0001: Driver's airbag circuit fault – typically high resistance or an open circuit.
      • B0002: Driver's airbag second stage circuit – issues with the deployment of the airbag.
      • B0003: Driver's airbag deployment control – typically related to faults in the deployment process.
      • B0020: Passenger airbag circuit issue – similar to driver's airbag but for the passenger side.
      • B0028: Passenger airbag second stage circuit fault – relates to passenger-side airbag deployment.
      • B0070: Impact sensor fault – typically a communication or fault issue with the front impact sensor.
      • B0077: Seat belt buckle switch fault – problems with the seat belt buckle detection mechanism.
      • B0080: Seat belt pretensioner fault – problems with the pretensioner circuit or deployment.
      • B141B, B141C: Seat belt tension sensor fault – usually indicates problems with the seat belt tension sensor.
