I sent in my steering column sensor and airbag module. Everything is installed now and I am still getting a code for the sensor. Is the sensor still bad?

The sensor could potentially be faulty, but I recommend having the customer first verify that there are no wiring or connector issues. If everything checks out, the problem might be with the sensor or the module (potentially showing a code without a valid reason). The sensor should have a resistance of 2-3 ohms. If both the sensor and wiring test as functioning properly, the issue is most likely a faulty module.
