My part is defective and still under warranty. What's the next step?

If the part becomes defective during the warranty period, MyAirbags will either repair or replace the faulty part at their discretion. Customers must fill out a Support Request on the online order link before sending the part back. If the part cannot be repaired and a direct replacement is unavailable, MyAirbags will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping costs. The warranty coverage is valid for the original purchaser as long as they own the vehicle.
