If you received your rollover bar after getting it serviced and it disengaged in shipping or dropped due to mishandling, here are step-by-step instructions on how to reset your disengaged rollover bar. Please follow along with this video:
STEP 1:
Remove the plastic cover piece on the rollover bar that says, "DO NOT REMOVE".

STEP 2:
Stand the rollover bar on its end, on a firm surface. ie, floor of your shop.
WARNING: KEEP YOUR HEAD AWAY FROM THE DISENGAGED END OF THE ROLLOVER BAR!

STEP 3:
Press the trigger button while pushing down on the disengaged portion of the rollover bar.
IMPORTANT: KEEP DOWNWARD PRESSURE ON THE ROLLOVER BAR DURING THIS STEP.


STEP 4:
Push up on the metal locking clip. This clip is located above the trigger button that was pushed in step 3.

STEP 5:
Reinstall the plastic cover piece that was removed in step 1. Now you are ready to install the rollover bar back into your vehicle.
