# What happens if my package is lost in shipping?

## Insure your package when shipping with us for protection against loss. Use our insurance option or your own label. If lost with our label, we handle the claim. If using your own label, file the claim yourself to safeguard your items during shipping.

It is important to note that insuring your package when shipping to us and back to you is highly recommended to protect against any potential loss during transit. While we offer this option at checkout, you have the flexibility to use your own shipping label if desired. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, if you utilized our shipping label, we will take charge of contacting the shipping carrier and initiating a claim on your behalf. However, if you opted to use your own shipping label, you will need to personally reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. This extra precaution ensures that your items are safeguarded throughout the shipping process.
