MyAirbags offers a fast turnaround time for most repairs, with many services completed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your part. In fact, many repairs even ship out the same day, so you won’t be without your part for long. The total process—including shipping both ways—usually takes around 5 to 7 days, depending on shipping times.
To ensure your part is repaired and returned quickly, make sure it is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using enough bubble wrap or newspaper to protect fragile areas like plugs, screens, or corners.

Once we receive your part, we will run diagnostic tests to identify the issue. We successfully repair 99% of all parts we receive and have all the necessary parts on hand to complete your repair. In the rare case that the part cannot be repaired, you will only be responsible for the shipping cost.
For any special requests or updates to your order, please contact us after we have received your part via phone, email, or text—there’s no need to include notes inside the package. Keep your shipping tracking number handy so you can track your shipment and know exactly when it arrives at our facility.
How to send my item for repair?
Please make sure that your item is securely packed covering any fragile plug , screen or corner. Please use enough bubble wrap or newspaper to make sure the item does not get damaged in the post. Sometimes we receive some very badly packed parcels where the item has been damaged during transit.
- Carefully remove your part from your vehicle. Please see our removal instructions if you are not sure how to remove it or, take it your local body shop.
- Securely pack your part, using the correct box so that it cannot be damaged in transit. Take special care when packing.

If you have a special request or an update to your order then that can be done after we receive your part. Do not include any notes with your order. After we have your part, you can call, email or text us for any order changes or with any special tech notes/instructions.
