# Plugs that were purchased do not fit my vehicle. Do I send them back? Do I purchase the universal kit instead?

You can log into your account on our website and submit a support request through your online order to report the incorrect parts. Additionally, we have the universal kit available for your vehicle. With this kit, you’ll need to remove the current female inserts, solder the included inserts, and use them with the replacement plugs provided in the kit. Below, you’ll find an instructional video on how to use the universal kit, along with a link to place your order.
