# Removed my seats and now my airbag light is on, do I need to send the module back to be reset again?

The airbag light will activate if a part is replaced without disconnecting the battery beforehand. Weight sensors need to be calibrated, and a hard battery reset should be performed. There’s no need to send the module back. Our service to clear deployment history, once the weight sensors have been calibrated and the hard battery reset have been performed, your airbag light should go away.
